Bigtowels.com is owned and operated out of Atlanta, Ga.  You can reach me at by e-mail.

How do I place an order?
It’s so easy you can do everything right from here. Fist, click on the “buy “button below your item or on the picture of the item you want to purchase. Once you click on the buy button you will be taken to a product detail page where you can finish your order.

How will the items be delivered?
Items will be delivered as specified through Amazon.  Once the order is placed you will be able to specify the type of shipping you prefer. Then a confirmation email will be sent that the order has been received.  Once the order has been shipped Amazon will send a tracking email so you can follow your order.

What if I’m not happy with my purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your item, simply return it within 30 days to Amazon.com for a full refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  Please see Amazon’s policies before purchasing.

What is your privacy policy?
We will not sell your information to anyone. The information you provide is handled and secure through Amazon.com. We never see your info unless you sign up for a news letter on one of our sites and then we guard that info with our lives!

How can I find out about new products and offers?
We are constantly updating our entire website.  Please book mark and check back periodically.
